About us

The joint stock company KALMA a.s. was established in 2000. The company deals with rental of real estates.  A six-storey administration building in the wider centre of Bratislava belongs to the company assets. It fulfils contemporary demanding requirements for a prestige residence of a business company, and it is a headquarters of KALMA a.s. based in Kukuričná 8, 831 03 Bratislava.

The six-storey administration building with four spatial loft business apartments is a pearl on the corner of three streets, Kutuzovova, Kukučínova and Kukuričná, and it is a residence of a multinational company operating on the entire Slovak territory for more than ten years.

A hundred-percent owner of the real estate, including a lot, is the joint stock company KALMA a.s.

The real estate is a part of developed infrastructure of the wider centre of the city, where institutions, shops, restaurants, sports facilities, or public services are easy accessible only few minutes on foot. A historical centre, Staré Mesto, and a newly built-up modern part of the city are close alike. On the ground floor of the six-storey administration building behind a glass façade, there is a reception desk in the entrance hall, immediately followed by a big meeting room with terrace, offices, a service room, toilets, and a security desk equipped with camera and security system connected to a security agency with an emergency service. 

On four floors, there are large offices with accessories for secretaries, glass-walled meeting rooms with terraces, kitchenettes for employees and related sanitary facilities. Every floor has a room for cleaning service available.  

In the loft, there are four business apartments with the total area of 323 m2.
